Ran on the treadmill again tonight (all at 2% incline). Started out at 6.2mph and quickly revved it up to 6.5mph for the first 6 minutes. Kicked up the speed again to 7.0mph with some intervals at 7.5mph. Ran the last 5 minutes or so at a constant 7.5mph. Then lightly jogged a mile cool down at 5.0mph. Finished up with lots of stretching. |
