Did another workout with my sister today. We stretched and did Power 90 Sculpt 1-2. This video is a little shorter (I think 38-40 minutes) but packed with lunges, squats, weight-lifting, and push-ups. It was a really good workout and incorporated a number of different free-weight exercises I don't typically do. After that, my sister left but I ran on the treadmill for 2 miles at 6.2mph. I got good n' sweaty and decided to call it quits after 'House' was over. (There is a Sunday 'House' marathon on today!). Unfortunately, it has been a very busy week with a lot more work to do. Maybe I will put it on in the background, though. ;) |
