Woke up, stretched, and ran on the treadmill for 3.2 miles at 6.0-6.2mph and 2% incline. Then I did a cool down of 0.9 miles at 4.0-4.1mph. After, I stretched and did lunges and 3 different types of squats. When I was finishing up leg lifts, I could start to feel it burning in the side of my butt!! haha yAoW! Then I did free weight lifting and about 191 or so crunches (10 different types). I try to keep count but sometimes I alternate between 15 to 25 each, so it is hard to tell. Stretched then ran upstairs to play with my 1-yr-old neice, Jane!!
