Went to the gym with Benn this morning. I did a little over 4 miles on the elliptical on "fat burn" mode. I used resistance level 9 with 3 intervals (of 4-5 minutes each) of resistance levels 10 & 11. Sweat a lot and felt good. Afterward, I hopped onto the rowing machine and rowed for a tad over 5 minutes straight. Finished up by stretching my arms and neck and then heading over to the treadmill for a cool down of 6.4mph to around 5mph. Stretched legs and everything, changed, and headed out to Dottie's Cafe for a tea date with Benn :) |
