Ran on the treadmill today. All at 2% incline, started off the first 17 minutes at 6.2mph pace. Got off to stretch the leggers and hopped back on for the next 8-ish minutes at 7.0mph. After that, took it down a notch to 6.5mph and gradually ran into a cool down pace of 4.1mph. Total of 3.555 miles. |
