Had an exercise date with Benn tonight. He ran on the treadmill while I used the elliptical. I started out at resistance level 4 for a few minutes and then increased the resistance to level 5 for a few more minutes. Then I increased to resistance level 6 and did intervals at level 7. Once I hit the 25 minute mark, I took a 2 or 3 minute break to do warmed-up leg stretches. Hopped back on for more intervals at levels 6 and 7. Finished up and did more stretching, leg lifts, and a few lunges. Then stretched again of course! (I love the stretching part!!) |
