Had an exercise date with Benn today while watching the Winter Olympics. I started by working out on the elliptical for 20 minutes at resistance level 5 with intervals at level 6. Then got off to do several leg stretches, leg lifts, and a teeny-tiny bit of power yoga. Got back on the elliptical for a tad over 10 minutes at resistance level 5 with intervals at level 6. Finished up with more stretching. |
