Gym hours are shortened for the summer and close at 8:30pm on the weekdays. I think that stinks, but it is even worse on the weekends - Sat at 5:30. and Sun at 4:30pm. Yuck. Anyways, I went to the gym tonight while Benn went to the high school track. I did the elliptical on "Fat Burner" mode with plateaued intervals at resistance levels 11 and 12. Then switched over to the treadmill for a 10 minute cooldown. Started out slow at 4.9mph and graduated up to 6.0mph. Stretched my legs and went to the weight room to do some ab and arm exercises. |
