Got home from Boston today and had an exercise date with Benn this evening. Went on the elliptical while Benn ran on the treadmill. Did the first 4 minutes warm up at level 4 resistance. Then amped it up to resistance levels 5 and 6 with a couple short intervals at level 7. Then did a total of 260 crunches (9 different positions @ 25 each and 1 position @ 30). |
