Finally got myself back on a treadmill!!! Did 3.5 miles of running at 2% incline. Ran the first 5 minutes as a warm up at 6.0-6.2mph. Stretched the legs and ran the rest of the way at 6.5mph with intervals at 7.0mph. Watched the Winter X Games which helped to occupy me. It is one of the only sports I have seen on tv and am actually entertained watching it. Probably because of the constant cool flips and the potential for huge crashes. Don't get me wrong... I don't want to see anybody get hurt. That's terrible! But the suspense at every landing keeps me going! |
