Did Power90 Cardio 3-4 this afternoon (poer yoga, kickboxing, running, rumping jacks, etc!). Stretched really well, hopped in th shower, and had to run a bunch of errands today. When I got home Benn called to say that he was on his way home, so I waited for him to have a workout date together. He ran on the treadmill while I did crunches (total approx. 260; 8 positions @ 25 each and 2 positions @ 30 each), toe-touches, and lunges. Stretched a lot afterward :) |
