Stretched and ran 3.3 miles on the treadmill at 6.2-6.3mph and 2% incline. Then did a brisk cool down walk of 2.0 miles at 4.2-4.3mph and 2% incline. Stretched out on the carport with Skyler and lifted a lot of free weights (many different exercises). Then did leg lifts and 3 different sets of quats. Soon, I would like to fit in more time for crunches. At work, got to walk 1 mile total to student apartments for Social Mentoring sessions. It was a gorgeous day, but got a little bit chillier/windier as the evening rolled in.
