Woke up this morning to hungry cats batting at my face. Sat with them for a while and then changed and fed them their breakfast. Stretched and hopped on the treadmill and ran for 3.2 miles at 6.3mph and 2% incline. Then did a bunch of fast walking as a cool down for 2 miles at 4.1-4.2mph and 2% incline. I used 3-lb weights for some of the time to get my arms working. Stretched afterward and did squats and lunges. Then more stretching and then off to do dishes, laundy, and make breakfast for myself. |
