All at 2% incline, I ran on the treadmill at 6.2mph for 10 minutes.. felt sick to my stomach and realized I was REALLY hungry. Took a break and went upstairs for some food (an apple, a mango, and a bagel!). After I felt better, I got back on the treadmill again at 6.5mph for 6 minutes and then amped it up to 7.0mph for the remained of my 3.55 mile run. Afterward, I did leg lifts and stretches. I will probably do crunches tonight when Benn runs on the treadmill. |
