Bummed about last week's miles. I have had a very busy week FULL of driving and traveling. Stayed at lots of people's houses and did not fit in the time for jogs or workouts. Still had a lot of fun doing other things, though. I spent almost 6 hours at the Boston Museum of Science and went to a great Halloween costume party. I got to see friends I hadn't seen in a long time. :)
Finally my first morning home and went for a 5 mile run on the treadmill at 6.2-6.3mph and 2% incline. I did stretching at 10 minutes in and then did cool down stretches also. Finished with leg lifts and would like to do squats, lunges, and crunches tonight. Maybe weight lifting too if I feel very motivated haha. |
