Woke up, stretched, and ran on the treadmill for 4.2 miles at 6.2-6.3mph and 2% incline. The did a cool down of 0.4 miles at 4.1 mph. Stretched and did leg lifts, lower ab crunches, and lifted free weights. Then cooked a spinach and broccoli eggwhite omlette for breakfast and some chunks of mango. MMMMMmmmmmm :) |
