Went for a run on the treadmill tonight. Did the first mile warm up at 6.2mph and then took a break to stretch. Hopped back on for another 2.1 miles at 7.0 mph with intervals at 6.5mph. Then began a cool down of 1 mile at 6.5mph to 6.2mph. All at 2% inline. Did when I was stretching when I was done and then did a bunch of free weight lifting. |
