This afternoon, I stretched and ran 5.5 miles at 5.8-6.1mph and 2% incline. Then, did a 1.5 mile cool down at 4.1 mph and talked to Benn on the phone. Finished and stretched again. Next, I did lunges, 3 different sets of squats, and leg lifts. Ended with weight lifting and stretching again. After I work on some stuff for work, I would like to do crunches tonight before bed, too! : )
