Stretched and went on the elliptical in my basement while my sister jogged on the treadmill. After 12 minutes at 5/10 resistance, we decided to swap machines. I ran at 6.0 speed with intervals at 5.8 for 20 minutes. Then I did a cool down at 4.0speed for a few minutes. Afterward, I did my stretching routine along with leg lifts and squats. My sister and I took turns hauling in piles of wood for our woodstove for a good 10 minutes or so. After filling up the stove, I went back to free weight lifting and my fat cat, Ruby, came down to keep me company. Finished with arm stretches and tried to get the cat to walk on the treadmill.... it didn't work out so well.
