Stretched and did Power90 Cardio/Sweat 3-4 this morning. (Power yoga, kickboxing, jumping jacks, running, punching..full body workout)! Afterwards, did leg lifts, lunges, and three different sets of squats. Stretched again and did 11 different sets of crunches at either 30-35reps each. Stretched again and was happy to start the day off right :) |
