Ran on the treadmill tonight at 7pm. All at 2% incline, did a 2 mile warm up at 6.3-6.4mph then did stretching (while I talked to Benn on the phone). Said bye to Benn and hopped back on for another 2 miles at 7.0mph. I'm glad to realize that I can run at this more rapid pace for longer now. Finished up with a cool down of 1.15 miles at 6.4-6.2mph. Stretched again and also did my leg lifts, 3 different sets of squats, and lunges. Woohoo! |
