Ran on the treadmill tonight again at 7pm. All at 2% incline, did the first 2 miles at 6.3-6.5mph. Did warm up stretches and got back on for another 0.5 or so miles at 7.0-7.4mph. Then continued right into a cool down for the remainder at 6.2-4.9mph. Did more stretching and also did different sets of free weight lifting. Finished with leg lifts, a few lunges, and much more stretching :) |
