Ran 6.3 miles on the treadmill while watching Supernanny on tv haha. All at 2% incline, I ran the first 6.1 miles at 6.2mph with 4-5 intervals (of 5-7 minutes each) at 7.0mph. Afterward, did a 0.2 mile cool down at 5.0-4.9mph and stretched. Lastly, I finished up with leg lifts and 3 different sets of squats. |
