My mom came in and woke me up this morning and told me to get on the treadmill first thing! I was surprised at first but I am glad she did this. I was kind of complaining to her last night about all the things I have to do for tomorrow (now today) etc. etc.. and she knows how upset I feel when I don't find a chance to exercise. So, I got into my workout clothes before the pillow creases had a chance to fade from my face. Stretched and ran 6.2 miles at 6.0-6.2mph and 2% incline. Then did a cool down of 0.2 miles at 4.0mph. Stretched well and now I've got to continue my busy, busy day! |
