I guess this week was travel week for my family, so i was left home alone for a few days. I don't like not having a workout date for Power 90, so I just stretched and ran on the treadmill. I did 3.5 miles at 6.0-6.2mph with incline at 2%. Then I did a 0.5 or so mile cool-down at 5.0-4.6mph. Finished up by stretching and doing a bunch of leg lifts. |
