Feel good to get exercising again! Did a warm up for 15 minutes on the treadmill at 6.0mph and 2% incline. Then got a good stretch and continued to 4.3 miles at 5.9mph. Got some water and did another 1.95 miles of cool down at 5.0-4.5mph and 2% incline. Stretched again and jumped in the shower! SOOO humid and hot today. |
