Did a run before work today. Stretched and jumped on the treadmill at 2% incline for 3.2 miles at 6.0-6.2mph. Then slowed to 4.2-4.0mph for a 0.2 mile cool down. Stretched and made a cup of tea and some breakfast. I will be doing some tap dancing instruction at work today, so i might burn a couple calories that way. If I'm not too tired when I get home from work tonight, I might lift free weights or do Power 90 Sculpt. |
