At around 11am, stretched and got on treadmill. Ran 3.2 miles at 6.0-6.3mph and 2% incline. Then did a 4.1mph cool down for 0.3 miles. Then did lower ab crunches and then the 2-yr-old boy my family babysits for showed up. He wanted to play on my yoga mat, so I taught him all kinds of stretches and he did (his version) of them along with me. So cute! Then carried him upstairs for breakfast :) |
