Stretched and had a workout "date" with my sister. We did Power90 Cardio. I can really feel the power yoga working on my arms, chest, neck, and legs. Whooh! The crunches really burned today, too. Did around 168 of 'em. After that, I did some niiiice stretching and jumped on the treadmill. I did a 4 minute warm up at 6.0mph. Then I did several one-minute intervals of 7mph and one at 8mph (a little too fast for my liking) until I hit 3.2 miles. Then I did a cooldown of 6.0mph-4.8mph for the final 0.3 mile. Stretched again and lifted free weights for about 10 minutes. Did my final stretches, making sure to include my arms and neck. :) |
