Ran on the treadmill this morning. Did a 1 mile warm up at 6.2-6.5mph then stretched. Jumped back on for 2.1 miles at 7.0mph with 2 or 3 intervals at 6.4mph. Then did a cool down run of 1 mile with 1 pound free weights at 6.5mph (all at 2% incline). Strecthed again and did multiple lunges and a few reps of 3 different types of squats, all with the free weights. Finished up with a little more stretching. Drank lots of water this morning. |
