Had breakfast and a bunch of water this morning. Then at 11am, I stretched and went on the treadmill. I ran 3.5 miles at 6.1mph and 2% incline. Then I did a cool down for 0.5 miles at 4.1mph. Stretched again, did some neck stretches because it was a little sore, and lifted free weights. While I was running I noticed some focused pain in my upper right shin (about a half of a hand's length down from my knee). Nothing too serious feeling, but noticeable.
