Beyond horrible day at work. Ran at 6.5mph and 2% incline for 10 minutes or so, and then did stretching. Got back on the treadmill and ran the rest of 3.5 miles at the same pace with just one or two intervals at 7.0mph. Lastly, did a 1.1 mile cool down at 5.5mph-4.7mph at 2% incline. Stretched again. Just really upset and at a loss as of what to do. The run helped me a little bit, but my mind was rolling the whole time :(
