All at 2% incline, ran on the treadmill tonight. Did the first 1.5 miles at 6.4-6.5mph and then did warm up stretching. Jumped back on the treadmill for another 2.1 miles at 7.0mph. Finished up with a 1.01 mile cool down at 6.5mph. Did more stretching along with 3 different sets of squats, leg lifts, and lunges.
HATE HOW HARD IT IS TO FIND THE TIME TO RUN. CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK WITH IT! |
